Cervantes Technology OÜ is the data controller for this website and decides how the information described below is used.

We only collect what you send us through the two forms on this site.

• Free resource request: your email address, your first name if you choose to give it, the resource you asked for and whether you opted in to marketing emails.
• Project brief: your first name, email address, optional company or project name, and the project details you provide — business type, goal, website, description, timing, planned media spend and any Kickstarter details.

We do not ask for a phone number, we do not require an account, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.

• To send you the free resource you requested.
• To review your project brief and reply about working together.
• To send optional marketing emails, only if you ticked that box.
• To keep the forms working and protect them from automated abuse.

Declining marketing emails never prevents you from downloading a resource or sending a brief.

Resource requests and project briefs are kept while they are useful for the conversation they belong to, and are removed when they are no longer needed. Marketing consent records are kept as long as we rely on them, so we can show when and how consent was given or withdrawn.

Your information is stored in our private application database. It is not published, not sold, and not shared with advertising networks. It is not included in analytics or in any public web address.

Emails from this site are sent through Lovable’s managed email service on our own verified sending domain, notify.cervantes.media. That service handles delivery, unsubscribes and bounce handling on our behalf.

This site currently uses essential technology only: what is needed to serve the pages, submit the forms and remember your privacy choices. No analytics or advertising tools are installed, nothing optional is loaded, and emails contain no opening pixels.

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
